Latitude D820 Keyboard random keys getting pressed

Hi all,   I am having a problem with my new laptop. I do not have an external keyboard or any other keyboard except the 'internal' one that came with it. On occasion, certain keys being pressed trigger other keys to be pressed. For instance, once in a while, I'll press the W key and next thing I know it is pressing A!@#0+_, hitting enter on me and then muting the sound! It does not happen with the same keys all the time, sometimes it will trigger with other keys being pressed. I noticed that there are times when it will begin pressing keys after I am finished typing and take a break. I did not spill anything on the keyboard so it can't be shorting out from that. The problem does not happen all the time, it happens in spurts for hours and then it'll disappear then it will come back. I was going to contact support to get a tech out here to replace the keyboard, but the problem is it does not always happen so if he gets here he may not ever see the problem and if it is not just a keyboard problem it will not get fixed. Just curious if anyone has any ideas for when I call support what it could be.

Call Dell and have the keyboard replaced under warranty.
