This model is not compatible to work with W10 - see this link - http://dell.to/1IwKT7d - Hence, Dell would not release any W10 drivers for this model. You could choose to perform a clean install of W10 via the link provided by Philip (in his post) - however, we cannot assure that it would be stable on your machine. In case you reinstall W10 - then download the W8.1/W7 drivers from Dell support site and install it in compatibility mode - see this link on how to - http://bit.ly/1Tixfax -
I would suggest you to downgrade the system to W8.1/W7 for full system functionality - see this link on how to - http://bit.ly/1MeFV1d
As for the keyboard issue, if as stated above the entire set of keys in the last row do not work - then I would suspect the keyboard controller might be failing - it would require a keyboard and motherboard replacement to resolve the issue. You could try re-seating the keyboard and check - download the service manual - http://bit.ly/1f2G6zJ
If the system is under warranty, we can help setup a service call. If no warranty, then we can help setup a paid service call.
If you choose the order the parts yourself, you could check - http://www.parts-people.com/ and order the parts through them.
After doing a "dirty" reinstall, my laptop now works like a charm (except for the keyboard, but, oh well, I'll find a replacement later), but I'll downgrade when the month is complete.

You should attempt to Clean Reinstall Windows 10 using a Windows 10 .iso:
http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/download-microsoft-windows-and-office/download-microsoft-windows/download-windows-10-oem-and-retail-iso/
Use a USB keyboard.

Thanks for the help, though!
