Latitude e6530 BIOS password /1d3d/

I get new e6350 laptop. Installing some software and uninstalling Dell provided software (trend micro and some other). After last boot all things was correct. Now asking BIOS password. I know 100%  that I don't set master password (BIOS). I even don't configured dell security manager.  How I can remove this stupid master password. I have over 20 years experience in computer management.

Local customer support said that in the past has happened, that removing the Dell software it will start prompt BIOS password. This is sick!

All that I can google is are billed services. :(

You can't send the service tag.  You need to call Dell with verification of ownership (free call under warranty, standard support charge if it has expired).
