I have found one at Office Depot. It is an HP Pavilion dv8110us 17" Widescreen Notebook Computer With Mobile AMD Turion™ 64 Processor ML-32 With Enhanced Virus Protection. It runs under 1200.00 and there is a rebate in the store where I saw it in Lawrence KS. I have a realtor in Topeka who asked me this same question 2 weeks ago and I stumbled on it when a friend and I went to upgrade her memory for her system. I have found no others at this point. I wanted to confirm that Dell didn't produce a laptop with 10-Key - I think this is a negative on Dell's part. 10-Key or not though, I would go with Dell. Just wanted to make sure.
