Looking for Windows XP Video Drivers for Inspiron 1420

The order describes the video hardware as:
320-5495 Intel Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 Inspiron 1420

I am running Windows XP Pro SP2.

The video appears to be working but when I check in Device Manager the display adapter is missing and I have two items under
    ? Other devices
          ? Video Controller
          ? Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

I assume this means I am missing the video controller driver.  Dell does not list any video drivers under Inspiron 1420 / Windows XP.  Is there a Dell driver or a Dell recommended driver?

Dell doesn't support XP on the 1420. Use the drivers for the Vostro 1400.

I selected Vostro Notebook 1400 and Windows XP.  There aren't any video drivers listed.

The "Video Controller" is:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A03&SUBSYS_01F31028&REV_0C\3&61AAA01&0&11
Compatible with:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A03&SUBSYS_01F31028&REV_0C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A03&SUBSYS_01F31028
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A03&CC_038000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A03&CC_0380
The "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)" is
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A02&SUBSYS_01F31028&REV_0C\3&61AAA01&0&10
Compatible with:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A02&SUBSYS_01F31028&REV_0C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A02&SUBSYS_01F31028
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A02&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A02&CC_0300
The win2k_xp141311.zip from Intel list the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A02.  However, the description says the OEM may have tweaked the chip set and to get a driver from them.  So, is this driver safe to use with a Dell 1420 or did Dell "tweak the chip set" and that is the reason they don't list a driver?
