M4700 Device Connection Specifications

I've got some questions about the Precision Mobile Workstation M4700 specs.

I know the system has

3x USB 2 (one is shared with eSatap)

2x USB 3

1x Firewire 400 (4pin)

What I would to know are the following:

What version is the eSatap?

What version is the internal Sata? The specs sheet say "7200rpm SATA 3Gb/s hard drive from 320GB up to 750GB; 7200rpm 320GB FIPS Certified Self Encrypting Drive or SSD (Solid state drive) from 128GB to 512GB SATA 6Gb/s"  Does this mean that a rotation based HDD wont connect to 6GB/s speeds?

What about the CD slot HDD Sata speeds?

What version is the ExpressCard slot? 1.2 USB 2.0 mode? 1.2 PCI Express Mode? 2.0 USB 3.0 mode? 2.0 PCI Express Mode?
