I went ahead and installed the latesst Security Point driver for WIndows 7 64 bit (Dell_ControlPoint-Security-D_A18_R269916).
This solved the problem.

Thanks for the input. I installed all the drivers in that order except I did not install DCP as noted in my post.
I had numerous problems with the DCP that controls wireless connections. Dell Support finally just told me to uninstall it.
I do not think It is not a driver install order problem.
What is Broadcom USH and why do I have an error in the device manager? Will installing the DCP Security Package fix it?
