M6500 mass storage controller driver

Hello everyone.

Can anyone help me with that mass storage controller.

I reinstal Win7 64 on my M6500 and install evrything except this thing. Which driver is this, i install all which is on recovery DVD and still doesnt work.

I also noticed that computer is very loud even i dont do anything... :emotion-6:

Is there any program from dell side that can controll performace of processor and fan controls?
