Manufacturing Mode level [01]

We have a Latitude Cpx, On Wednesday it started receiving the message on boot up Manufacturing Mode Level [01].  Press Fn x to boot up normally.

 

This problem occurs when it is docked.  Swapped out docking stations, Swapped harddrive into a new CPx, same problem.  The problem does not occur when the system is not docked, any ideas?

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,

Pressing Fn x should take it out of manufacturing mode, If not try going into the Bios by pressing F2 during post and once you're in the system setup press Alt-F . (your time and date will need to be reset) If you still get this message try either flashing your Bios with the latest or the previous Bios version. (Be sure to do these steps outside of the docking station).

My system is not docked and I have the same error in addition not my keyboard now makes sounds every time I hit a key? Any ideas
