Install the following... (use another computer to download these and save onto a USB flash drive)
BIOS A10:

See notes on updating the BIOS:

Patch your system using the WSUS Offline Update:
http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/wsus-offline-update/
Check the drivers extract and install and not only extract...
Next install Dell System software:

Intel Chipset

Ricoh Card Reader:
