My Dell Downloads

This isn't a hardware question, but I put it in the best forum I could find. I had to reinstall Windows on my laptop because something caused the black screen of death. Everything is working well now, but my apps had to be deleted to fix Windows. I'm trying to use My Dell Downloads to get my original apps back. Unfortunately, when I click on the accept terms back and then the "Register System" button and nothing happens. 

What can I do to get the apps back?
