Need Updated Intel Graphic Media Accelerator Drivers for Windows 8 32 bit on my Inspiron Mini 1012!

I am running windows 8 32 bit on my Inspiron mini 1012 and it run better then the win. 7 32 bit wason it. Instant boot up from sleep! And I mean instant! 

The only problem is the 2012 Intel drivers that load on install will only allow the graphics card to go as high as 1024x600 instead of it's native 1024x768 and when ever I try to install the older win. 7 drivers from dell or Intel Windows 8 blocks them! 

Without the resolution set at 1024x768 the app's will not work. I really do not care much for the App's, but kinda defeats the reason for having windows 8 in the first place does it not.    

I guess why I am in the forum is to see if Dell is paying attention and will update these drivers so that we mini users can have full use of our netbooks.

Or does anyone on here know of a fix? the graphic accelerator is an Intel graphics Media accelerator 3150.

PS. yes I am able to  install other win 7 drivers. the win.8 runs good with them.
