Plug directly into your modem, bypassing the router and see if it still happens....that would narrow it down, could be your router is failing.
Could also be a power managment issue goto the device manager and check your network adapter, there is a power setting. Make sure it's not set to turn off. Also check your network connections, make sure there isn't another connection that could be causing the issues.
My guess is the router is causing you some issues....
It isnt my router or modem as teh issue happens when I bring the laptop to my work and use the wireless connection here. I will check the time out on the network adapter.
