New Inspiron 15R problem : X:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe-startnet.cmd

After boot up is a command window entitled "X:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe-startnet.cmd".

And "Press any key to continue". But the keyboard is not responding.

When the command window is closed, laptop will restart and goes to same routine.

DIAGNOSTIC has been tested OK.

Safe mode windows also going to same routine.

Anyone can help?

It's been annoying with this new laptop.

Contact Dell Support now. You need warranty service. A new computer should work right out of the box.
