One key isn't working.
So my daughter has a Studio 1737 laptop. One day her a key stopped working. We have to copy and paste it everytime she wants to type. We got it about 2 years ago. We tried cleaning it. Is there anything else we can do to get it to work?

You can replace the keyboard. It it is under warranty, call Dell and have it replaced.
If it is not under warranty, you can install one yourself.

Here is a video to show you how to replace it.
