Other devices Modem device on High Definition Audio Bus drivers not installed

Question

Upon rebooting I get a found new hardware notice and then a message saying that the driver could not be found. Everything on the computer seems to perform fine, but I keep getting this messagr. In Device Manager, under other devices it shows Modem device on High Definition Audio Bus drivers not installed. I have spent hours searching for a resolution to this, but have only found other folks with various computers and operating systems with the same problem. I have a Latitude D630 with XP SP3

Kalyan, Thanks fro this. It has been driving me nuts, but this seems to have fixed the problem
