The solution identified in the following post worked for me... turned out to be the integrated Ricoh card reader. My problem was listed with a different combination of PCI bus / device / function from yours (mine was PCI bus 9, Device 1, function 2), but it still solved the problem. (Dell 1537 Studio laptop, migrating from Vista to Windows 7)
