PCI encryption/decryption controller shows exclamation mark
My machine is Dell Inspiron 15 3541.
I installed the following chipset driver but the device manager is still showing "PCI encryption/decryption controller" exclamation mark:
Chipset_Driver_12GYH_WN_6.2.9600.3905_A00.EXE
Hardware ID:
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&SUBSYS_15371022&REV_00
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&SUBSYS_15371022
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&CC_108000
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&CC_1080
I constantly get error for .Net Framework and I am unable to get windows updates. Please help.

This is an AMD-chipset system -- oddly, Dell doesn't have the AMD drivers listed. You can get those from
< >
(install these drivers and reboot) -- that should solve the problem.

Thanks for the advice but I am still getting the "PCI encryption/decryption controller" exclamation mark. I installed (and rebooted) the chipset mentioned in the link of AMD's site: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows+10+-+64
The downloaded driver is:
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/radeon-crimson-15.12-sb-sata-ahci-win10-win8.1-win7-64bit.exe
Please help.
