PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM error. Hard drive not detected.

I have been having this error on my laptop and it does not start. I have Inspiron N5110 with windows 7.

The above screen is shown after I switch on my laptop. I checked some solutions already provided on these forums. One of the solutions was to NIC in the advanced setting on laptop startup. I did that, but after restarting it after disabling NIC, I got the following screen.

So, the next thing i did was to run the system diagnostics. There, an error was shown in the Hard Drive. The result I got is in the following picture.

What do I do now ? Please suggest something.

It's affixed to the board with screws - but it sounds like the drive is toast and will need to be replaced.

The error shown in diagnostics is:

Msg: Hard Drive- No hard drive detected.

Depending on the system model, start by unplugging the system, removing the battery and holding the power button.  Disconnect and reconnect the hard drive -- this ranges from very easy (most systems) to fiendishly difficult (N5110, etc.) -- if you need exact instructions, please provide the system model number.

If the drive is then seen, re-run the diagnostics.

If it's not, it's toast - it will need to be replaced.

My system model is N5110. I tried to disconnect the hard drive but it is stuck to the motherboard. What should I do now ?
