Precision 7510 and multiple monitors

Looking to upgrade my laptop to a dell precision 7510, and wonder what the maximum number of external monitors with a resolution of 2560x1440 is (Dell U2715h):

1. Without a docking station

2. With Dell advanced E-Port II with usb 3.0 240W

Is it possible to daisy chain two monitors (u2715h) from each of the dockingstations displayport 1.2 and still get full resolution (2560x1440)?

Also, will the choice of screen card impact the number of screens or resolution (amd firepro w5170, Nvidia quadro m1000m or nvidia quadro m2000m)

I believe that the systems are limited to 4 displays through firmware. The Nvidia Quadro cards are limited to 2x digital displays in their firmware on the Dell mobile systems while the onboard Intel provides video for VGA and the internal display, and the Nvidia supplies the 2x DVI or Displayport on the dock, and the HDMI port on the laptop itself is tied to one of the two "digital outputs" so you can only do 1 DP + HDMI.

The regular connectors should allow for at least 2x external displays, from the miniDP, HDMI, and Thunderbolt port that should allow for digital via DP as well. I'm not sure how the ports are internally mapped, it could be the HDMI goes to the Intel and the DP and TB3 ports are to the Nvidia, but I don't have a USB-C video adapter to test this with yet.

With the Thunderbolt dock (TB15) you can do up to 2x 4K displays from the dock's Displayport/miniDP/HDMI connections, otherwise you can do up to 3x 2560x1440 displays.
