Hi,
Thank you for reaching us.
This chipset doesn't support 1600Mhz memory modules.
It support maximum of 8GB (4GB*2) DDR3 1067/ 1333 MHz.

But SPEC write It support maximum of 16GB , could I use DR3 1067/ 1333 MHz. 8GB ?

You need a second generation i-series processor to run 2 x 8 Gb of memory in an intel hardware based notebook.
You may try installing 8GB*2 , however there are possibilities of Bluescreen and startup problems.
