I just tried the first link on my computer and it works fine, it takes me to the Digital Persona Fingerprint reader download page.
Requesting you to close the browser and try again, you might also try any other browser available. As the problem with the My Dell downloads, please check the Service tag matches with the tag present in the BIOS screen on your computer. Try entering your Service tag on Dell Support website by clicking on the below link and let us know if your system appears on the picture and if there’s a problem.

The first link came up with an error whilst I tried to install it:

The second link said my service tag was not supported.

I just tried the first link on my computer and it works fine, it takes me to the Digital Persona Fingerprint reader download page.

I can get to the download page, but when I download and proceed to install the .exe file, it came up with the previous error message.

On the first link to the dell support website I entered my service tag and my system came up.

I am not sure which drivers and/or utilities I am supposed to install.

Thank you for your response and appreciate that you’ve checked for the setup file provided on previous post.
As you were able to login to the My Dell downloads, please try checking for the Dell Persona Fingerprint software or Upek Fingerprint software. You can click on the link below and install the
Dell Data Protection | Access software which will fix the issue for Fingerprint software.

Please try these above mentioned steps and if the issue is not resolved then please provide us the Service tag of your computer on a private message.
