Thanks for the post. I would first recommend clearing the USB driver bang from your system, This is likely the USB 3.0 driver that I have linked below. After clearing this bang Uninstall all DDP and Control vault software that is currently installed on your system and reinstall, make sure you reinstall in the following order: (these links are for a 64-Bit Windows installation)
Sorry to hear the fingerprint reader is still not functioning. Could you confirm if the hardware is now listed in the device manager or does the system still list ‘w/o with/out’ fingerprint reader?
If the hardware is not being detected I would suggest updating your systems BIOS to the latest release - http://ftp.dell.com/Pages/Drivers/precision-m6600-all.html#BIOS Then checking the physical connection of the fingerprint reader to the motherboard:
If the BIOS is updated and the connection good but the hardware is still not detected the device has likely failed and may need replacing.

Thanks phanvanhau11,

If the hardware is being detected – are you able to configure the device through the Windows log in software - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/can-i-use-a-fingerprint-reader-with-windows
If the hardware is not being detected I would suggest updating your systems BIOS to the latest release - http://ftp.dell.com/Pages/Drivers/precision-m6600-all.html#BIOS Then checking the physical connection of the fingerprint reader to the motherboard:
