Problem installing games

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 17 L702x, with windows 7- 64 bit.

I have installed several games on my Laptop like Assassins Creed, Dragon Age etc.. When I would restart my laptop, the game doesn't work properly anymore. I can't even open the game and the Desktop Icon is without picture. When I click at the Icon it says, that the file "X" has been removed or changed, and thus the shortcut doesn't work properly anymore and if you want to remove the shortcut?

Does anyone know an answer to this?
