Problem with Bluetooth Dell Studio 15z (1569)
I have a problem with my bluetooth, I normally turn it on and off with the F2 button. But I can´t do it now, when I press the F2 button now I only turn on and off the WI-FI. I looked in the device manager for the bluetooh but it doesn´t appear there! I don´t know what to do now. I have downloaded all the bluetooth drivers but it doesn´t work, the bluetooth isn´t in the device manager.

Hi BeUrSelf,
How long have you been facing this issue?
Check the BIOS to ensure the wireless card is detected. Restart the computer and tap F2 on Dell logo. Under “Advanced” select Wireless and check if the Internal Bluetooth is enabled.
If the Bluetooth device is installed, also verify the radio is enabled. You can turn the wireless and Bluetooth cards on or off F2 key.
For more information on Bluetooth issues, refer the following link:

If the card does not show up in the BIOS or Device Manager, try reseating the card.

From the above link click Manual and Documentation and Service manual to access Bluetooth reseat/remove section.
Before Opening the chassis, I recommend you to remove the battery and disconnect the adapter, press and hold the power button for few seconds and release to drain the flea power.
Note: Reseat the card if you are comfortable in doing so.
Awaiting your response!
