Hello! So the basic problem is your computer was never tested to work with Windows 10 and it sounds like the generic drivers are not available or working with your machine. From what I read, you did find another driver from broadcom that seems to work so I would stick with that. Normally the Dell branded network cards are cards from other manufactures that Dell slaps their logo on.
