Thanks for those tips, but I am still having problem running the game without messed up graphics. Beginning to wonder if it is the 45.24 driver not supporting directx9.0. Any recomended driver to use with the 4200go?
Sure, try the driver. It may be a corrupt install. I think I'm using the 45.23... don't know - any of the 4x.xx series are good - I'd recommend staying away from any of the 50.xx series.
Just to make sure, you are getting modded drivers, right? Otherwise you're still using the DELL drivers and those have issues with DX9 games (I had issues in NFS:Underground).
I ran the demo and was appalled at how slow it ran. I had to go to a very modest resolution (sorry forget what) and with medium detail. It still was not that smooth and looked very poor. As an aside I did not enjoy it either (loved the original) so was soon back into Add & Remove Programs!
Invisible War was poorly ported onto PC. So even for a relatively high-end computer, it won't run as well as it should. It doesn't really have anything to do with your computer. Just that the developers did a bad job with it.

The pc should be fine to run it. follow these steps:
1) clock your card down to stock levels.
2) turn off any special features like AA and AnsioFiltering
3) if that doesn't work - update for forceware
4) if that doesn't work - uninstall and reinstall dx2-iw
5) when all else fails, complain for a patch - that's what dell reps tell me to do anyway
