Hi ALISHAH307,

Thank you for writing to Dell Community Forum.

Please try updating the BIOS to the latest version available on the Dell Support site.

Log on to support.dell.com, click on drivers and downloads, add your service tag, and download and install the BIOS and restart your computer.

The laptop has to be completely charged and connected to the AC adapter when you do this.

I already have the updated version of BIOS. I tried to clean the dust and that works for me.

Next would be to see if the fan spins freely.  If it doesn't, replace it.  If it does, the problem is likely with the thermistor (temperature sensor), which means the mainboard will need to be replaced.
