I have exactly the same problem. Uninstalling "Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Bluetooth Application" will take away the error message but also functionality. Please fix the Quickset! Software versions: Windows 8.1 Pro 64b Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Bluetooth Application v.3.1.1307.0362 or v.3.1.1309 Dell Quickset v.10.15.026
Installing Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® technology version 3.1.1311 from http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wtech/proset-ws/sb/CS-034060.htm solved the problem.
I'm having the same problem in windows 10. I installed the latest quickset listed in My Dell Download center. However when I press the button to open quikset it opens the windows10 system level choices the same as if I right clicked on the start button. I tried the fix that tells you to open the mobility center and choose the multimedia button. It didn't work. When I open the mobility center I get an error: Error Found!
