RAM expansion

Question

Hello--I have an Inspiron N5030. Is the RAM expandable to 8 gb> (4x2). If so, what are the specifications of the RAM because I tried to replace the RAM and what I thought were correct RAM modules were not recognized--thanks

Dell Inspiron N5030 system supports dual-channel DDR3 SDRAM with the memory speed of 1333 MHz. It supports maximum 6 GB ram.
