RE : DELL VOSTRO 1015, Error Code 2000-0146

Dear DELL Team,

At your Tech Support I spoke to 1. M Kumar, 2.  Mahesh 3. Sunil, 4. Pradeep, & Finally with Tech Support Manager Mr. Pradeep...

The below mentioned lines for your advice... (We are also Engineers have some Technical Knowledge)

1. The Above Error needs the Replacement of Hard Drive as per Tech Support Conversation... Agreed...

Please reply to my below Queries :

1. After log on to My Laptop with my User ID it is staying on Page of Loading Your Personal Settings..., Hang Up There. Why ???

2. But With The Same Above Error Consisting in My Laptop Hard Drive I Logged in side of Laptop through Our Office Domain Network. How ???

3. Earlier I have Partitioned the 5 Local Hard Drives with Names C : , D : , E: , F :, G: , I had taken the Back Up of D : , E: , F :, G:, But i am Unable to Access             C: Drive. Why

4. If it is really Hard Drive Failure it should Even not log on to Our Office Network? But i logged in, How ???

Coming to the conclusion we have to submit a Tender Document tomorrow i.e. 08-Sept-2011 before 12pm... Kindly call me at any time on < ADMIN NOTE : Mobile No. removed per privacy policy > & suggest me..........
