Save Windows OS from PBR partition (before SSD Upgrade)

Dear colleagues

I own a DELL 15-7537 laptop and I am about to change my HDD to a SSD drive. I noticed that the laptop came with several extra partition (ex. Windows Recovery Partition) where the Windows 8 is saved...probably used every time when you reset your laptop to factory settings.

Now...how can I save my licensed Windows 8 that came with my laptop in order to install it on my new SSD drive. It is a licensed copy and I dont what to loose it (inkl. the drives).
 Please advice me how to do it.... and possibly use it as a bootable USB at the new installation.
