Screen display issue? (Help!)

Hello, I have an Alienware 17 that began to have display issues since yesterday. None of what I found on already existing topics or the general internet seems to have worked or actually corresponded to what I have, so here I am asking for help.

Three faint lines have appeared on the upper third of my screen. They don't appear to be dead or stuck pixels, as they still display the correct color but are always lighter than what they should be except on pure black. One of them, the central one, is WAY more visible than the others, but they all sort of fade towards the screen's border, being more visible dead in the center.

I can provide a (albeit low quality) photo if needed.

I've connected another screen to the computer, and can comfirm that they do no appear on the two other displays tested. I've also tried different resolutions, updating all drivers drivers, and disabling my graphic cards, and the lines never change, so I've concluded that this is probably an issue on the screen or the connectors themselves? It seems to be there even before windows starts.

I don't really know what to do from here though. How do I go about fixing it? What could be the cause, even? Can I send the screen to repair, or is it not even at fault? My computer seems to think everything is fine as usual (except for the fact that my battery has been long dead, but since I never use it, I never replaced it), so I'm looking for smarter people to tell me what I need to know from here.

Here are some notable specs, tell me if you need anything else, I'm still kind of confused about doing these in english:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4800MQ CPU @ 2.70GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Plug-and-Play generic Monitor

Being an artist, this is kind of a big deal as it's hard to escape having this thing in the middle of my work when I'm working, and I'd like to get it fixed before it potentially gets worse.

(Not sure if it's linked, but I recently had the monitor's driver act up, uninstalling and reinstalling itself over and over without me doing anything when I tried to update it to fix the lines, but I fixed it now and the lines sure are the exact same. Figured I'd mention it in case it's important)

Go to the Dell Support page and see if there are any updates. Do not install any updates if they don't come from Dell. If you did install other updates from Intel or Nvidia, reinstall the Dell drivers for your exact model.

Dell customizes the drivers specifically for your model.

How to Initialize the Stand-alone LCD BIST Diagnostics

To run the LCD BIST (Built in Self-test):
Press and hold the D key on the keyboard while pressing the Power button, then release both at the same time.

This will initiate A grey screen, then Red, then Blue, then Green then White, to allow you to inspect the entire LCD for color purity on each screen and to better identify defect such as cracks in the LCD or stuck pixels that may not be apparent in a normal viewing mode.

Systems built after mid-year 2012 may also display a white screen with black text to help identify focus/clarity issues.

Here is a link to an Imgur album where I posted two pictures, a sort-of close up, and a picture seen from further.  The image I filled the screen with is a monochrome of #724528, a light brown I noticed showed them very well in photos.

I howhever noticed something that is either new or I didn't see clearly before, that the line that is the easiest to notice, the center one, has a part that looks very smudged. I'm pretty sure it was a smooth, straight line, but at one part there is a piece getting smudged upwards in a little triangular shape. Couldn't capture it on a photo, sadly... I'd like to say it's new from today's use, but I can't tell for sure. Since I do'nt knowhow relevant it can be, might as well mention it.

And I also tried the diagnosis, as I had a couple stuck pixels on another computer monitor. Unfortunately, it didn't reveal anything more, apart from these three lines, and them appearing always no matter, being more noticeable on colors including red, the exception being that they are completely invisible in pure black.

I actually went there recently by pure chance for another issue, and I checked the drivers again, and all seems in order and up to date. The only updates I install not from Dell are for my own work programs or specific Windows Updates (think, the ones that don't force Windows 10 on my computer!)

Nvidia doesn't have anything around anymore, as I had problems with their new panel not working as I wanted it to, and reinstalled everything removing the Nvidia driver's weird updates back to what it was on factory settings and letting the Dell one take the wheel. I did try updating the Nvidia driver to see if it would get rid of the lines, but as it didn't, it's back in the shelf collecting dust as of now.

It doesn't seem to have changed , but I do think the lines start darker than the normally displayed color when I start up the computer, before becoming like in the pictures slowly.

Still looking for help, I called repair guys to see if they can do something for me and I won't know until I bring my computer to them. I can't spare the expense this week, so I'd like some extra advice in case this turns out miraculously to be a very simple problem I might be able to fix myself.
