Service Tag and drivers & downloads

I had a hardrive failure and had to reinstall windows on a new hardrive I go to the drivers and downloads center I enter my service tag to get the drivers and downloads for my system and it lists some drivers but there is no LAN driver, no audio driver, no touchpad driver why is this and how do i get the correct drivers for my system
