Service Tag in DSOE does not match the current system
Hi
Around 60% of the time when I turn on my new Dell Mini laptop, I receive this error message, attached. The actual error message reads 'Service Tag in DSOE Does Not Match the Current System' I do not have the program ASSET on my computer nor have I been able to find anything to help me solve this problem any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi TW,
This error message could be caused by the Dell Datasafe Online factory installed activation application.
Please mention if you tried registering with 'Datasafe Online' program in your laptop. If yes, please share the below mentioned details for correction at back-end.
I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on 'Friends' tab at the top and then click on 'Request to Review' and finally click on 'Accept' button.
1. System's Service Tag
2. Email Address that you used for registration
3.Account Holder's name (First & Last name)
If you did not attempt registering with this program, try re-installing it:
- Click 'Start' and type 'programs and features' in 'Search programs and files' text box
- Select 'Datasafe Online' and 'Uninstall'
- Restart the computer
- Re-install Datasafe online from the following link: http://bit.ly/VZW2H

Apparently I was no longer registered so I had to uninstall and reinstall the Dell Data Online program and it got rid of the error message
