Spacebar now unresponsive on Dell 5521
I bought my new Inspiron 15R (5521) with touch screen in April. Now the spacebar has become unresponsive. It takes a hard keystroke to the very center to make it work. Does it need cleaning? If so, how do you remove the keys? Or is this a problem with the keyboard in general and needs replacing? Please advise.

Hi kosmickharma,
We can certainly help you with this issue.
The keyboard on the Inspiron 5521 is a Chiclet style keyboard so removing just the spacebar key would not be an option here. Seems to be an issue with the keyboard and might need replacement.

Contact Dell and get the keyboard replaced under warranty.

I have a similar problem with the space bar. Very annoying! I have an Inspiron 15 3521. How can I fix this, please?
