Standard VGA Graphics Adapter not working

Hello,

   I am using Dell 5221 15r laptop. I am not able to use the VGA graphics adapter. When I check drivers in the device manager, it shows a small yellow triangle over the option of VGA Graphics adapter. When I double click on the option, it shows "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". How do I solve this issue, or where do I get to download proper drivers?

   I am using 64-bit OS. I already downloaded "Intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver" which is applicable to my system. I am getting the same problem even after downloading the driver.
