Thanks for the support. I installed the Quickset, but it seems, that it is the same like Windows Mobility Center, when I launch it.
And there is only one more media button I think I need to bring to work - the Media Player button. If you have any ideas, please don't hesitate to share them :))
Try the Vista 64 Bit version of your Quickset, I had listed a newer version which may not be 100 % compatible with all the media buttons on this system:

Install the drivers here, in particular Dell Quickset:

P.S/ The Touch Pad driver has some compatibility issues as it seems. In deed, it is working, but without Scroll..
The driver from your link failed to uninstall..some error occurs. I am attaching the Log file, if someone can help me further:
