Studio XPS 13 Bluetooth Software Drivers for Windows 7 64-bit
When I upgraded to Windows 7, my bluetooth stoped working. I spent some time looking for appropriate download and I found it. I want to share it with you becasue I know it is difficult to find, and Dell Support seems to be useless. I hope it will work for you - It works for me:

Thanks for the link. When I run the installation, I come to a point where it asks me to "Enable Bluetooth with Wireless Switch". How did you get past this portion of the installation?

Thanks for posting the link, I had been trying to figure out what i was missing after upgrading to window 7. Your right about difficult to find. I have been on the dell site downlading every driver thought was related to bluetooth with no luck.
