I've got an Inspiron 5759 laptop which is about 11 months old. The battery isn't charging and getting this message up every time I turn laptop on
System BIOS: 1.2.0
Service Tag:
ePSA: build 4304.09 UEFI ROM
Alert! The AC power adaptor wattage and type cannot be determined. The battery may not charge. The system will adjust the performance to match the power available.
What does this mean?
We've tried uninstalling battery drivers as per a fix we thought we found on internet but to no avail
It's not the charger ... could it just be the battery is dead?

If you are sure about the 11 months old info, contact Support since you are still under 1 yr warranty.
