I suggest that you try running the Dell diagnostics (if the hard disk partition containing it hasn't been removed) on the hard disk as if you have reinstalled and getting the same problem then it's quite likely that there is a problem with the hard drive.
If the Dell diagnostics are unavailable then you might have to resort to using the hard disk manufacturer's own hard disk diagnostic tool.
Sorry Man, i forgot to mention it!!!! I have already changed the HD as well and at the first time I thought that was the problem, it worked well for a few hours, I could make windows updates and install anti-virus and some softwares but then when I was to deliver it, the problem came up again. And is really weird cause both H.D. even the new one, show the same message, I also tried to swap memory but didn't work!!!!
