System properties shows... wrong model number (XPS 17)?
I received a dell xps 17 l702x laptop a while ago, but I noticed today that under model in system properties, it displays that my laptop is a l502x laptop, dell's xps 15 line? I know that the outside of my laptop is an xps 17 as it is the correct dimensions and the hard drive covering on the back states l702x. I am confused to say the least. Can anyone help me out?

Hi timothytao685,
Request you to follow the below steps:
(1) Restart the Computer.
(2) At the Dell logo keep tapping F2 key.
(3) BIOS screen appears, make a note of the system model and system service tag mentioned in this screen.
Send me a private message with the system service tag and system model mentioned in BIOS and the information that you have on the service tag sticker on the back of the laptop. I can check and let you know what needs to be done.
