Touch Screen Drivers for 32 bit Windows 8

Question

Hi there! I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series: http://www.dell.com/ph/p/inspiron-13-7347-laptop/pd My company requires a 32bit OS for their software and so I installed a fresh Windows 8.1 32bit.  I installed most of the drivers but unfortunately touch screen doesn't work. I tried using the Dell drivers detect tool but it doesn't detect any drivers. Does anybody have a Windows 8.1 32bit driver for the touch screen?

Unfortunately, Dell only has the Windows 8.1 64 bit driver for the touch screen. The link is below.
