Nope. I called Dell support and all they could think of was a motherboard anomaly - even though it passed every test. Everything is being replaced... and it's a brand new system. It happens I guess...
I had the same problem with a Latitude D620. Turns out the problem was the drivers for the built-in mobile internet access card ( Verizon in this case) needed to be installed. Once I downloaded and installed the drivers the problem was solved. Hope this works for you...
