Unmountable boot volume LOOP issue
Error: Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might have caused the issue after you install Windows Updates
I get the never ending loop on this page:
I actually tried disabling auto restart after failure and got this message:
Model: Inspiron Mini 1011, OS: Windows XP Home

Hold the D key through bootup to load the Dell diagnostics and then run an extended test on the hard drive.
It'll likely show that your hard drive has failed - you'll need a new 2.5" 9.5 or 7 mm hard drive.
