Yes The Dell E5430 can handle a 1TB hard drive and can even handle Solid state hard drives
As for the CPU it seemed to come with the 3rd gen core processors. I updated mine from a i5 2.6 ghz to a 3rd gen i-73540M 3.0ghz with a turbo speed of 3.7ghz
If the seller says it doesnt have bluetooth it is best not to think you can add it easily. You would have to take the entire pc apart to do that. So I went with a model which the seller said bluetooth is included.
Interesting fact my pc came with 4gb ram and I was able to update it to 16gb of ram.
I am currently loving my refurbished E5430 now that it has been upgraded but I have noticed every time I remove my battery it resets the date to Feb 6 2013. This makes me think something is wrong with the CMOS battery. If you ever have to replace this battery in this pc you would have to take the entire pc apart as well.
