Updating graphics card causes my laptop to blue screen and restore.
I have tried to update my intel hd graphics card on my inspiron 17r about 3 times now and each time it kills my laptop.
the update i'm trying to install was published on the 04/02/2012 and the file size is 43.1mb.
could do with some help as to why i get a blue screen and it wont let me install it.

What is the Blue screen error that you received?
Try to run diagnostics first to check hardware functionality. Restart the computer on Dell logo keep tapping F12. Choose diagnostics, test system and post back for any error codes. If test passed, we need to check the operating system.
