You can, yes- as long as you're running a 64-bit operating system.

hm ok my question was not that good.
The thing is - does my laptop (motherboard and so on...) support the RAM?

The hardware will, yes. Unless you have a 64-bit OS, though it's a waste of money - with a 32-bit OS you can't use more than 4 G of RAM.
