Upgrade of driver
tried to upgrade USB3 driver (USB3_Fresco_W7_A01_Setup-32V81_ZPE.exe), and received this error:
"This self-extracting zip file is part of a multidisk zipfile.
Please insert the last disk of the set."
I have placed all the available zip files in the same directory, I am not sure what the other zipfiles it is referring to are?
Anyone have any suggestions?

The unit is a XPS i7model, software downloaded from the Dell support website, using the download manager.
Have been able to resolve it via support from Dell online chat support. He downloaded the same file from another area and also suggested that I upgrade the BIOS. IN fact the last suggestion helped to make the drivers work properly, since the original problem was that the USB 3 port did not actually provide USB 3 support.
The BIOS upgrade and the new drivers together fixed the problem.

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. Please mention your system model, when posting on the forum. Where are you downloading this driver from? If from the dell support site, then did you try downloading using the download manager, or just download that one file?
Thank you
