Upgrading CPU processor for Dell Studio XPS 16

Hi , I've had the studio XPS 16 for a week now and I'm quite satisfied with the machine.

The general specs for my machine are as follows:

Core 2 Duo 2.53 Ghz (3MB cache)

6GB DDR3

320 GB 7200 rpm

ATI mobility 1GB GPU.

Originally , I wanted a more powerful processor to run my laptop but unfortunately the CPU mentioned above was the best thing available in Hong Kong (believe it or not).

Soon, I am leaving hong kong for study in the United Kingdom so I was just wondering if I could upgrade the processor for my laptop there.

Any comment/ advice will be well appreciated.
